Trusted Ally Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Albuquerque, NM to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist clients with daily personal care, health monitoring, mobility, and light household tasks while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

We value reliability, communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; CNA is preferred, and a valid driver's license is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA preferred.
• Previous HHA or caregiver experience desirable.
• Understanding of basic healthcare practices, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship.
• Monitor health and mobility; assist with daily activities.
• Provide household support and light housekeeping.
• Document client information and care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care.
