Job summary

Seabury is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in Connecticut, seeking an enthusiastic Home Health Aide to provide compassionate caregiving and home management services that enable clients to stay independent in their own homes. You will follow each client’s care plan and support mobility with lifts and devices.

The position requires a CNA or HHA certification and a valid CT driver’s license; experience with seniors is preferred, and training is available for new graduates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA or HHA certification, Connecticut registry.
• Active CT driver's license, automobile insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred experience with seniors; will train new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional caregiving and home management per the client's care plan.
• Assist clients to remain independent in their own homes.
• Follow care plans and ensure safety; support mobility with lifts/devices.
• Maintain electronic documentation of care activities.
