Job summary

Al Coeur Gardens in New Jersey is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist 19 residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and support nutrition and mobility. In-house CMA training is offered to eligible employees, with opportunities for advancement and flexible, per diem shifts.

Roles include light housekeeping, meal prep, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while delivering a caring, supportive environment for residents in need of personal care and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist 19 residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs while maintaining proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary for patient mobility.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
