Qualifications

• Must be able to pass an HHA competency evaluation and ADRD training.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check (ACHA Level 2 Screening).

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring.
• Monitor client's health status and report any changes to the supervisor.

Skills

High school diploma or GED

On-the-job training or certification for home health aides preferred

Current CPR certification
