Job summary

Infallible Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team in Michigan. You will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support clients of all ages.

Responsibilities include ADLs, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, with the option for part-time to full-time roles and training provided. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are preferred, and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently and with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass background check is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients with clean driving record and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize first aid knowledge and residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings with a valid driver's license.
• Show compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
