Infallible Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in Michigan. You will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, with emphasis on empathy, communication, and respect for residents’ rights.

Responsibilities include ADLs, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. A valid driver’s license and background check are required. Competitive pay and supportive environment offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect.

Responsabilités

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, with a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
