Infallible Home Care, LLC in Michigan is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality, in-home support to seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's. You will help with daily activities, personal care, and accompany clients to appointments.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of professional caregiving, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors
• Able to work independently
• View/treat vulnerable populations with empathy, dignity, and respect
• Pass background check
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of car insurance

Responsabilidades

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Utilize first aid knowledge and residents' rights to ensure quality care
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, using a valid driver's license
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
