Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence with safety and comfort. The role emphasizes reliable, high-quality care and respectful interactions within a care team.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring client conditions, aiding mobility with equipment, light housekeeping, and confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Strong caregiving abilities and ability to follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
