Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to assist individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and well-being.

Experience in patient care is helpful but not required; attitude and responsibility matter most. Responsibilities include ADLs, companionship, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
• No certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
