Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes. You will follow a nurse's plan of care to deliver personal care, household support, and companionship, helping adults stay safe and independent at home.

Flexible schedules available: full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call. Training provided and opportunities for growth exist within the BAYADA team.

Qualifications

• Prior home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. Training provided.
• Compassion, respect, and reliability in patient interactions.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care per plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Support with meals, light housekeeping, grooming, and medication reminders.
