Responsibilities include transporting clients to appointments, documenting services in our home health app, and reporting changes to your supervisor. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or minimum 1 year caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and social outings as needed.
• Document daily tasks and updates in the home health application.
• Ensure client safety and report changes to supervisor promptly.
