Job summary

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen/clear background.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks as needed.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctor appointments or hospital visits.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with personal care activities and mobility.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs; report changes.
