Advisacare is seeking in-home caregivers to assist with basic care in patients' homes in Michigan. The role may involve transportation to appointments, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

Travel within Oakland and Macomb counties will be required. Responsibilities include providing care in patients' residences, transporting to appointments, administering basic medications, and assisting with mobility and exercises.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within service area.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide health care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors or hospital.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with clients’ personal care activities.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes.
• Maintain patients’ care records and document services.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Administer simple prescribed medications
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
