Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required.
• Ability to follow care plans safely with training.
• Reliable transportation to visits and smartphone timekeeping.
• Flexible schedule and strong communication with clients and office.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in/out using our EVS.
