EmmUcare Home Health in Hartleton, PA seeks compassionate caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Join a local home health team with flexible scheduling and meaningful, client‑facing work.

You'll follow care plans, provide companionship and assist with daily activities, while gaining training, support from a friendly office team, and potential advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is welcome but not required.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone timekeeping is expected.
• Follow care plans and maintain client privacy and dignity.
• Strong communication with clients and office team.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care with dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the office.
• Record completed tasks and clock in/out using electronic visit verification.
