Job summary

FirstLight in Minnesota is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support clients in their homes. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, mobility support, and documentation of care progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and training and development. DailyPay is available to access earned wages before payday, with CNA-qualified roles starting at higher pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or training in personal care (HHA/CNA/PCA) preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and compassionate care required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and medication reminders.
• Document client progress and report changes.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
