Job summary

FirstLight is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide immediate in-home support in Rosemount, Farmington, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or training in personal care; CNA certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work the required schedule in North Oaks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and medication reminders.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Document client progress and report changes.
