Qualifications

• Florida HHA license in good standing is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and support during daily activities.
• Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, pharmacies, and other outings.
• Assist with mobility exercises as per the care plan.
• Observe and document changes in client condition and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Provide care per the client’s individualized plan of care.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
