Qualifications

• Florida HHA license in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• TB test within past 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and support during daily activities.
• Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, pharmacies, and other outings.
• Assist with mobility exercises per care plan.
• Observe and document changes in client condition and communicate with Director of Nursing.
• Provide care per individualized plan of care.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
