Mission Healthcare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and Nursing Assistants in North Orange County. In this role, you will provide essential personal care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Qualifications

• Valid state Home Health Aide & Nursing Assistant Certifications (CHHA & CNA).
• Current BLS & CPR certification.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Must demonstrate tact, patience and good personal hygiene.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including: baths, back rubs, oral hygiene.
• Assisting patients with dressing and undressing.
• Skin care to prevent breakdown.
• Assisting the patient with toileting activities.
• Keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly.
• Assisting patient in the self-administration of medication.
• Adhering to the Organization's documentation and care procedures.
