Job summary

CARE ESSENTIALS HOME HEALTH in California is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess prior Home Health or Hospice experience.

This position requires building genuine relationships with patients, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining records of care. A driver's license and CPR certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

• One year prior Home Health or Hospice experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems.
• Build relationships with patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Engage patient in ROM.
