Job summary
ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale in Adrian, MI is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join the team. You will provide in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. You will assist clients with ADLs, offer companionship, help with light housekeeping, and monitor health, following individualized care plans.

Qualifications
- Experience as Home Health Aide, CNA, or related caregiving role preferred.
- Compassion and patience when working with the elderly or disabled.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care
