Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Miami is seeking compassionate HHA/CNAs to assist patients in their homes according to care plans. You’ll provide daily living support, monitor health, document services, and offer companionship while maintaining professional records.

This role emphasizes independence, schedule flexibility, and ongoing online training opportunities to earn CEUs, as you support geriatrics and home health needs in the Miami area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of home health experience.
• Must be able to speak English clearly.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
• Caring and compassionate personality; willing to transfer patient when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences.
• Assist with clients personal care activities.
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition.
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
