Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care for clients in the Dorr and surrounding areas. Join a team that values connection, empathy, and quality of life.

You will assist with bathing, transfers, ROM exercises, ADLs, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed. A HS diploma or GED, 1 year caregiving experience, valid driver's license, CPR, and willingness to travel within the service area are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or home health experience.
• Ability to assist with slide board transfers, ROM exercises, bathing, and commode assistance.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel within the service area.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to work every other weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing
• Slide board Transfers
• Range of Motion (Approx 15 minutes)
• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself
