Associated Home Care is hiring caring professionals to join our Massachusetts team. We are an independent home care provider seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but training is provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience as CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
