Job summary

Associated Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) to join our dedicated team across multiple MA locations. You’ll provide in-home support to help seniors live safely and independently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but training provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
