Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, and ensure safety and comfort in daily living.

Experience is helpful but not required. We value dependability, responsible attitude, and the ability to work with a care team. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Caregiving abilities including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor changes in condition or behavior and report.
• Assist with mobility using equipment when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
