Job summary

This in‑person role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the community. Prior experience is preferred but not required; CPR certification is desirable, and reliability is essential for following

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions and changes.
• Ability to prepare meals, do laundry, and perform light cleaning.
• Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication with clients and families.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean living environment with light housekeeping.
• Support memory care and promote cognitive engagement.
• Administer CPR if necessary and assist with catheter care per health plan.
