Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support. You will assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least 6 months of caregiving experience. Background checks and CPR certification (or ability to obtain) are required, with

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
