Job summary

GetHired, Inc. in Mount Juliet, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to provide in-home support, assist with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care.

You will collaborate with a caring team, maintain accurate records, report changes in client condition, and adapt to each client's routine. Mornings and early afternoons are required; a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role - Preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Must have driver's license and personal vehicle
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MORNINGS AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS
• MUST LIVE UNDER 30 MINUTES FROM HIRING LOCATION

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned
