Job summary

Senior Helpers - Bryan is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors in New Jersey. The role focuses on dignity, respect, and personalized support for clients in their homes.

As a caregiver, you will deliver personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. Training and opportunities for certification are available, with flexible scheduling and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or CNA in New Jersey (REQUIRED).
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Background check screening required.
• TB test (PPD) per NJ law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients.
• Provide companionship and engage with clients and families.
• Assist with personal care: hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meals.
• Complete daily tasks safely (ADLs).
• Collaborate with client’s care team and report health changes.
• Document task completion and report changes in condition.
