Job summary

PurposeCare is a growing home health and home care provider serving the Midwest, delivering personal care and daily living support to clients in their homes. Licensed HHAs/CNAs are encouraged to apply, and candidates may become certified. This role is patient-facing, requires dependability and compassion, and offers flexible opportunities and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and required caregiving credentials.
• Completion of state-approved HHA training or CNA/STNA credential.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• HHA certification as required by Ohio regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and ROM per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication self-administration through reminders.
• Monitor and report patient condition to supervising nurse.
• Travel reliably to patient homes across your service area.
• Document care provided per standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly client environment.
• Complete required in-service training, including dementia education.
