Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and documenting patient progress for the care team. CPR and medical terminology knowledge help ensure timely, accurate communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or long-term care.
• Ability to document progress and communicate with healthcare teams.
• CPR certification and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts.
• Support patients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, hospice, catheter care, and disabilities.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and keep a safe home.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
• Use medical terminology to chart observations clearly.
