Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking a Home Care Support role in Chattanooga, TN. You will assist with daily tasks, maintain care documentation, and promptly report health changes to your supervisor, supporting our home care program.

This PRN position requires flexible rotating shifts to meet client needs. A HS diploma or equivalent and preferred BLS certification are noted, with a driver’s license encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
• Preferred credential: BLS Provider (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily domestic tasks, including meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Maintains accurate care documentation in full compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Reports participant health changes or concerns promptly to the supervisor.
