Job summary

St. Raphael's Home Care Services LLC in North Branch, MN, is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in-home care for clients in the Hinckley area. Part-time positions with flexible scheduling and potential for advancement are available.

The successful candidate will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, provide companionship, and support clients in a safe home environment. A Driver's License is required; CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• The position requires a patient, reliable caregiver with knowledge of home health care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide light housekeeping assistance.
• Help patients with mobility around their homes.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup.
