Apploi is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Home Health Aide to support individuals in their own homes in Mount Joy, PA. The role emphasizes helping clients maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.

Previous patient-care experience helps, but the right attitude and sense of responsibility matter most. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes, aiding mobility with equipment when needed, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Caregiving skills suitable for home care.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate with a care team.
• Reliable, patient, and attentive to client needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor changes in condition and report to the care team.
• Assist with mobility and use of equipment as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
