Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care, homemaker, and companion services to clients in Harrisburg. You will follow a written plan of care reviewed by a registered nurse and support adults to stay safe and independent at home.

We welcome prior home health or patient care experience but will train you. The BAYADA Way emphasizes compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care, with scheduling flexibility and a strong care team nearby.

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding; range of motion/exercises; assisting with ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
