Job summary

TheKey is actively hiring caregivers in Neptune City, NJ to support aging clients in their homes. Earn top pay rates with the option of full-time or part-time schedules and flexible days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. Eligible candidates should have CHHA certification, a valid driver’s license, and meet state-required screenings. Caribou bonus programs and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certificate.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
• MMR Vaccination.
• Completed Physical.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
