Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking qualified caregivers for full-time and part-time in-home support from Cape May Point to Atlantic City and Hammonton. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour for certified caregivers, with immediate start available and flexible schedules.

We value compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded individuals. NJ CHHA or CNA certification is required (willing to complete the 10-hour CHHA conversion).

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA or CNA certification required; willing to take CHHA conversion class.
• Compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded.
• Autonomous position; self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
• Work with clients across Cape May Point to Hammonton.
