Job summary

TheKey is recruiting caregivers to support clients in Old Bridge, NJ. Expect top pay with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Full-time and part-time options available, with benefits and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include 1:1 care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes. Must have at least 1 year caregiving experience, CHHA certificate, and a valid driver's license; eligibility to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active New Jersey CHHA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a insured vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray.
• MMR vaccination and completed physical.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, meals.
• Companionship: social engagement and emotional support.
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Light housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, organizing.
