Job summary

AdvisaCare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care for clients in Dorr, MI and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include bathing assistance, slide board transfers, ROM exercises, commode support, and light housework while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care. A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area are required. CPR certification is expected, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving/Home Health experience.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Able to travel within service area and work every other weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and commode as needed.
• Perform slide board transfers and ROM exercises (approx 15 minutes).
• Light housework and meal preparation as needed.
• Transport clients using a handicap-accessible van when required.
