Right At Home Indianapolis West is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, support mobility and nourishment, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment in clients' homes.

The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for ongoing training. A valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation are preferred, with CPR

Qualifikationen

• Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or HHA/PCA course.
• Competency Evaluation meets state licensing law requirements for home health agencies.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick; ability to handle job demands.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
• Current CPR certificate recommended.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, grooming) as directed by a nurse.
• Support patients with ambulation, meals, dressing, and light housekeeping.
• Perform and/or assist with range of motion, measuring vital signs, and other routine tasks as trained.
• Prepare meals and help with nutrition needs while maintaining patient comfort.
