BREEZE OF CARE LLC is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized care in patients’ homes. You will assist with daily activities, manage patient records, and build meaningful relationships with those you serve. A strong commitment to detail and excellent communication skills are required. Candidates must have a vehicle, driver's license, and CPR certification. Experience in Home Health or Hospice is a plus. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation are offered.

Formación

• Must have a vehicle and driver's license.
• CPR certification required.
• One year prior professional experience is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, or wheelchairs.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, and progress.
• Build relationships with patients to keep them mentally healthy.
• Give medications and immunizations.
• Engage patients in exercises or activities.
