A home care service provider is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to deliver personalized care to patients in their homes. The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, maintain patient records, and foster strong relationships with patients. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and hold necessary certifications. This role requires a graduate from an accredited Home Health Aide program with prior experience a plus. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• One year prior professional experience is preferred.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds and personal care.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean home environment.
• Maintain records of patient care and report observations.
• Build relationships through conversation to support mental health.
• Administer medications and engage patients in exercises.
