Job summary

S & S Home Health Care Agency seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities. You will also monitor health changes and document care per plans, while offering companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualified candidates hold HHA certification, CPR/First Aid (preferred), and demonstrate reliability, empathy, and excellent communication. Flexible schedules and supportive team culture accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or equivalent training (as required by state regulations).
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
