Job summary

S & S Home Health Care Agency is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care to clients in need of assistance with daily living activities.

You will support personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and emotional support, while following care plans and maintaining client records. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or equivalent training (as required by state regulations).
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
