Ultimate Care is hiring Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to support clients at home across Staten Island, Long Island and Westchester. You will help clients with daily tasks, monitor health signs, and provide friendly companionship to improve safety and comfort in their homes.

Formación

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) from a state-recognized training program (HHA certificates must have been used within the last two years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Monitoring and reporting vital signs to the supervising nurse
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Escorting clients to medical appointments or errands
• Documenting care and observations accurately
