Ultimate Care NY is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) in Staten Island, NY. We provide compassionate in-home care under a nurse's supervision, focusing on independence, dignity, and respect for our clients.

Standard HHA/PCA pay is $20.00 per hour; VA/private cases are $25.00 per hour; Live-In is $260.00 per shift. Benefits include flexible scheduling and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or PCA certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed formal training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report vital signs to the supervising nurse.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort clients to medical appointments.
• Document activities and observations.
