Elara Caring is seeking a Home Health Aide (PCA) in Massachusetts to provide in-home personal care, mobility support and companionship. The role offers hourly pay between $20.00 and $23.58 with daily pay options and paid training. Join a supportive team focused on delivering dignity and comfort to clients at home.

Required HHA/CNA certification in MA, HS diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Experience with elderly or disabled individuals is preferred.

Qualificações

• HHA or CNA certification from Massachusetts required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene assistance
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments
• Promote a safe, comfortable and respectful client environment
