Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring Home Health Aides in Massachusetts to provide compassionate in-home care. Earn $20.00–$23.58 per hour with daily pay options, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Candidates must have HHA or CNA certification in MA, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, and companionship to improve clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• HHA certification and/or valid CNA Certification required from the State of Massachusetts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
